What we collect
Waitlist form: your email address and, only if you choose to give it, your phone number, plus the price-estimate selections you made (TV size, wall type, options, area) and the page you were on. Price estimator: only the selections you make — no name, address or contact details. Voicemail: if a phone number is shown on this site, it goes to voicemail; the message you leave is stored as audio and text. Site analytics: page views, clicks on phone links, estimator use and form submissions, collected with IP anonymization.
How we use it
To send you one notification when bookings open through this site, to answer a request you send us, and to measure local demand for the service (counts of estimates, calls and sign-ups). If you ticked the text/call box, Santa Clarita TV Mounting may text or call you once about your request; nobody else will. We do not send marketing email and we do not sell or share your personal information for money or for anything else of value.
Who else sees it
Our form-handling, hosting and analytics providers process the data on our behalf and only to provide those services. When a local installer begins taking bookings here, we do not hand them your details; we send you the notification and you decide whether to contact the installer.
Your choices and rights
California residents may ask what information we hold about them, ask for it to be deleted, or ask for a correction by emailing TBD. We answer within 45 days. Deleting your details also removes you from the waitlist. This site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals; the analytics described above apply regardless.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. When bookings open and the installer is named, this policy is updated to describe how booking details are handled.
